21 January 2014 – Today international PIP victims are celebrating the decision of the French Appeal courts, to  uphold the decision of the Toulon Tribunal made in November last year. It means the German regulator, TUV, who provided PIP with a certificate of safety, must pay preliminary damages to the 1600 victims, including a small number of British women involved in this landmark case.

If you have been affected by fraudulent PIP and want to know more about joining the case, you can find us on Facebook PIP ACTION CAMPAIGN.
